This location is closer to my home, which makes it very convenient. I was helped by a very kind, great-smelling guy named Lesean, who came over just to check if I needed anything. That level of attentiveness and customer service really stood out. Thank you!

Everyone is very personable and full of smiles which makes you feel welcomed. They do run out of number one lemon scented air fresheners a lot though. The others smell bad. Also LeSean was very personable and full of smiles.

Brooklynn always does an amazing job. She’s friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome. Every visit is a positive experience because of her positive attitude. ModWash is lucky to have her on their team!

I faithfully use my membership - the Belmont Ave. location in Youngstown, OH is right up the road from my office so I frequent the location OFTEN (an understatement) and I really do enjoy seeing the usual employees. David, Brooke, Nick & Micheal specifically; they always have the best energy and customer service. Big kuddos to the Belmont team!!!!

ModWash is the BEST touchless carwash ive been to and ive lived ALL around Ohio...from Toledo to Youngstown. Its a breath of fresh air when the Staff is ALWAYS awesome & friendly! They have frequent and First-time freebies and huge discounts which in this economy is beyond appreciated, and the wash is gentle on your ride but powerful enough to have it OH SO Fresh & So Clean! Oh yeah, they're low car friendly too! Fear not bottom out, scraping your oilpans or getting rear swaybars stuck... Thanks for being cool ModWash!
